If you mean; has a SE robot spidered a particular page, then you could use Analog site stats to check your raw log files. Put the particular page URL in the config file and exclude all else and you will know.

Ya there is no specific tool for this. But we can check in Yahoo by (URL address blocked: See forums rules)
IN Google we r having the Add URL page...In that one u can submit the page URL also which are not yet cached or waitng for the Google Crawler... Note:In google we can submit only once in a month..Second time if we submit it will be treated as Spam. HAVE A NICE DAY.. |

you should reformulate your question, i suppose it's not because it's spidered it is indexed right away
if you want to know if it's spidered, just check your logs, like staffa said if you want to know if it's indexed, you can check with site:domain, i'm sure there is a program to check if the page is in the results, but i can't really think of one, you could use Google search scraper bookmarklet to get a list and then check if it's in the list if you want to make a diff between the pages that are indexed and those that are not, there isn't a tool I directly can think of |

Are the tools reliable anyway? I use different tools and get different results.

You could use your Google webmaster tools to see what pages are indexed. It also gives you an estimate of how many pages have a pagerank and which have not yet been crawled (go to the 'crawl stats').
Or you could just use the site:http://www.domian.com command in Google search box.
