Sitemap.xml: This file includes all the pages of your site or u can say entire navigation of your whole website is placed here in XML Format.
Can be helpful for Spiders and Users to navigate throughout website.
URLlist: This text file includes all the urls available in particular website in text format.
Robots.txt: This text file is specially meant for Spiders and includes the various areas of your website that you dont want to get crawled by the various spiders .
Includes different commands/instruction that will instruct Spiders to follow your website.
Info.txt: This text file includes very basic information about your website. Like :
url:
site_owner:
address:
city:
state:
country:
postal_code:
phone_number:
display_email:
site_name:
Title:
site_description:

All these files are required to placed on the Root Directory of your Website.

Sitemap.XML : Preferred by Google .
URLlist.txt : Preferred by YAHOO!.
MSN : No clue...

It seems rather redundant to include urllist.txt and sitemap.xml, it also appears that the search engines are going the sitemap.xml route. I don't imagine having both the files would help speed anything up. You might want to consider a rss.xml feed though if it makes sense for your site to have one.
