Tough? Yes..... Easy? Yes.

Depends upon who is competing.

Depends upon how smart you are.

If I wanted rankings for CRM (I assume that this is "customer relationship management") I would attack it with lots of informative content that targets CRM and other queries that people might use when searching. I don't think that this field gets huge search but it is probably fragmented over a large number of queries.

i24designs agrees!
JVRudnick agrees: SPOT-ON once more, Egol....I'd agree such a channel would surely get fragmented types.... ;-)

I hope the clients have a lot of patience and deep pockets, it looks like a big job...

(IMO) I think Microsoft, salesforce.com, sugarcrm and some other big players with a lot of trust and authority are targeting the term.

SERP results for CRM indicate Wikipedia is number 1, and then the #2, #3 & #4 web pages are from...

microsoft - PR7 and 7,740 page links (yahoo)
salesforce.com - PR7 and 37,300 page links (yahoo)
sugarcrm - PR7 and 91,800 page links (yahoo)

3,660,000 other sites have used the term "CRM" in their page title

Good luck.. I hope having a little info about the competition helps...
