MSN Search - how to get re-indexed?

MSN search is just a big mystery for me. I just can't figure out how (or rather when) they gather their info!
Two of my sites, http://www.vinguiden.com and http://www.cocktailguiden.com (both in Swedish) are very well positioned on Google and some of our keywords have a nice first position on MSN as well, but with nearly one year old URL's!!!

Some keywords showing faulty URL's are "Röda viner", vita viner, veckans drinktips, veckans vintips

Luckily, these still work, but it shows that their index hasn't changed regarding these sites in ages. I haven't found many inbound links to these old URL's either...

Has any of you good people got any ideas on this?

pay the money to have them re-index your home page every 48 hours. It has done wonders for me.

I think what I'll do is just to change the pages to reflect the right content. As long as the positioning is as good as it is, it doesn't really matter to me...

Depending on the keyword you are competing for, it's actually rather easy to get to 10 placement for MSN/Inktomi. I followed their "optimization tips" - made sure the keyword was in the title, meta keywords, meta description and made sure to have good KWD, and overnight I was #7 for that KW.
