Lycos Insite
So what does anyone here think about it? It alleges to feed other crawlers, but I see it only affecting FAST and Lycos on the 48 hour basis. Any thoughts?

I asked Lycos directly why my sites weren't showing up in the engines they show as being included in the service.

Here's the reply...

Please don't use Lycos AdBuyer! It is sucked... I deposited $25 into account and my account has been "Pending Approval" for more than a week. Then the last login I did, the $25 balance disappeared... I have send 3 email to support, but no response... I'd even create a support ticket, but they responsed nothing and changed the status of ticket to 'Resolved'... God Damn good service... If you want such SUCKED SERVICE, please use Lycos AdBuyer, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I hate LyCrap it truely is one of the most shoodily run outfits out there.

There billing system is a joke and the shear lack of customer service is dreadful!

I started my online life lycos and have used many of their services. Once they have your money they simply do not care.

I am not a fan in case you haven't guessed!

I used it 2 years ago - they included only one page of the site, that i bought it for, so traffic of course was slim to none.
