Inktomi has wrong domain

Inktomi has wrong domain

I have two domains. mycitystate.com points to my-city-state.com which is the main site. Ink has the home page, my-city-state.com (Last Mod: 2004/01/28) listed right. However, the sub-pages that should be my-city-state.com/city/00 are listed as mycitystate.com/city/00. This domain has no backlinks as it just points to the main site.

How can I get the right domain for all pages listed with Ink?
