That " Submit to 10000 SE's " sure looks skechy...

The major 'other' search engines that spring to (my) mind are:

gigablast
ask
alltheweb
clusty/vivisimo
altavista
lycos
aol

I once made a list here http://seo.expert2.be/glossary-search-engines.php

But forget that There's a really nice page here that shows SEs and their relationships:
http://www.search-this.com/search_engine_decoder.asp
Warning: flash needed (but it's quite compact)

I even thought it deserves a live link (but then again SEO_AM might disagree...)

Even though there are 1000s of Search engines, still about 95%+ traffic comes through the big 3.

Its really not even worth submitting to others, unless they give Spider friendly Back links or are theme related.

i agree with you

that mostly 95% traffic coming from major three search engines

but

if your website having good backlinks which you can get from these search engines directories and business to business directories, or rss submissions websites only.

if your website needs traffic from top three search engines then you must improve your backlinks and many types of websites only help you to increase your link popularity.

Google, Yahoo, MSN & Ask Jeeves / Teoma are the main 4 SEs.
