I'm just wondering, if there would be 2 same sites with same links placed, same stuff, etc, which woud be ranked in #1 domain.com or domain.biz?

It is supposed to make no difference. If the content and linking structures were the same... it would be a tie. The tld is said not to be a factor (Real answer: I have seen no data one way or the other. G says it don't matter).

I doubt there is a difference for SEs.
The only domains that I know to receive a boost are: .gov, .edu (and possible .org). Never heared of bonuses or penalties for other types of domain names.

But anyway I would chose .com because it is easier to remember by your customers / visitors.
