I am facing the problem of dropping SERps suddenly with out getting any message from google. from analytics visitors and indexing pages was very fine. but still i dint get the reason why my keywords rankings down.from the month of august it was happening like this and in the month of september site was attacked with malware and now everything cleaned and resubmitted to google, but still that worse situation goes. if suffers me a lot.

can anyone tell me the reason why it happens and solution to get back all the results

The malware issue could do it, Google also ran a panda update Sept 27th and an EMD filter on Sept 28th. (Exact match domain with thin content) according to the word on the street. So it's hard to say where your at.

if we face the EMD effect we are having 35000 products in that website. All they are universal products. they can match with anyone. so what is the case if that products matched with any other website.Then how can we optimise these type of websites

You might try adding at the end of your description things like:

Shipping policy for (keywords) ...

Return policy for (keywords) ...

You would be adding useful information that would make your listing different from every other listing on the net.
