Joining a Chinese version for inclusion

Hello,
I remember reading somewhere about registering on a Chinese version of Looksmart or some pay for inclusion website, you could get listed for free via China.

Does anyone have a clue as to what I am talking about? I can't remember which search engine it's for.

Nor can I remember the url to register is either. Any help is appreciated.
