Had enough of BLACKHAT SEO? Irrelevant Results?

I hope no1 is fuming, this doesnt intend to be an advertisement, the title just to try and make people curious so they actually read my post!

As you maybe aware when i was on here before i was doing my search engine (i was registered under another account, guess who i am lol) and have developed it to the next stage and no its not as good as Google.

My search engine intends to be the most relevant on the web. I need the views of SEO'ers and Webmaster to make sure it achieves what its meant to.

I have various modules programmed, thats how my engine works has a simple-ish engine and many add on dws modules (like windows exe's have dll's i guess).


There are many different things i have noticed that even *google* has faults by indexing and not filtering out or banning blackhat sites and SPAM:
BLACKHAT SEO: We aware that some methods to end BH SEO will punish normal webmasters/WH SEO'ers, so if they are found report them and sites will be removed immediately (this could be subdomains also and maybe even IP Addresses.)
"Three tier Keywords Rich URLs": i.e. website.tld/website/website.html (3 consecutive keywords in URLs); wont affect 2 consecutive keywords, deciding on the mode the modules set it may also block website.tld/website/website_page.html - (Heavy Penalty)
Dynamic Pages: The following characters in URLs will decrease your weight: '?', '@','#','&', '=' and '%'. These dont have a huge impact but with alot of competition may mean a few places drop (could knock you on the next page).Please Note: '#' and '%' will/may appear in static pages, avoid spaces in file names to avoid the '%20' which contains '%', use underscores(_) instead.[Fluffi™] Spiders session IDs, but even though they do get indexed it could leave you with a penalty. (Low Penalty)
CSS Mapping: For example thats making a heading 1 (<h1>) look like standard text as headings are favoured more. The spider sees it as a heading the user as just text.This wont get you banned but you will likely to be penalised for it.(Heavy Penalty)
Long URLs: Length will effect the weight of your site.http://www.site.com/file.html (OK) http://www.ahugelongsiteinitlol.com/aquitebiglongdirectory/file?quitelongagaininitcouldbelongertho (likely to be penalised). But... Keyword Rich URLs will still gain more weight then lose a few, unless it gets penalised for 'three tier keyword rich urls'. Length Vs. Keyword Rich; a debate, its generally best not to worry about the length of the URL. (Low Penalty)
Broken Links: If x amount of your sites links give a 404 status, you may receive a harsh-ish penalty. The value of x in this case varies with your current weight. i.e. Webmasters should ensure there sites work properly aswell as just focusing on SEO. Even if your site is full of them you wont be banned if external, you are unlikely to have control over another domain (unless you own a network of sites or just another domain), however, if an Administrator manually visits your page it could be banned, failing that your site would be so heavily penalised its unlikely to come up in the results. (Heavy Penalty)
Image Leeching: You may be penalised for hotlinking images from other sites. Fluffi see it as duplicating another site and stealing relevant content from it on to a 'SPAM' site. (Low Penalty)
Short Pages: Fluffi wont bother indexing pages under x amount of words, this undisclosed amount is kept quiet to prevent pages being stuffed with not needed words to get a page listed, as it make sense to get penalised for SPAM and be in the index rather then just not. Fluffi see little content pages as more irrelevant then those of larger content.
Popups, Popunders and advertisements: Sites be penalised for each popup and/or popunder on a page.Excessive advertising i.e. 3 google adsense and a banner on a page would also get penalised as Fluffi see this page as more purpose of generating revenue then to contain information. (Low Penalty, if Excessive A Heavy Penalty or Ban).Please Note: Full Page Redirection Advertising will result in Heavy Penalty or Ban.

Key:
WH = Whitehat
BH = Blackhat
Fluffi = BETA CodeName of Engine
Ban = Drop an entire site from the index
High Penalty = x amount of point deducted from current weight, which will impact SERP's
Low Penalty = a low amount of points (may not even be a whole number) deducated from current weight, wont have much impact on SERP's but these accumulate apon occurance and on medium and large sites may have quite an impact on SERP's.

Any questions? Any suggestions? Its vital for Webmasters and SEO'ers to have a say, what do you hate about Google etc.?

Webmasters choose Spider Time: Webmasters will be able to login and change what time their site is spidered. Before you laugh, you wont be able to say i want my site spidered at xx every day, but im sure you webmasters (especially those that are not lucky enough to have a dedicated server) notice that when search engines do a deep crawl ur site can come to a stand still, with low-end hosting packages your site could even crash (google did that to an (HTML) forum site i had a few years ago or so) then google never came back to that site for ages and reverted back to an very old index of that site. Every site out there has a peak-time i.e. the climax of web visitors, the purpose of this idea is if your site becomes most busy at 2-5, slightly less busy at 7-9 and basically deserted at 11-12, you can tell the spider what the best time of doing a deep crawl is, in this case it would be between 11-12 i.e. 11.30. The purpose is to create a relevant index, if a good site is down and cant be indexed then it is a big deal because only some other less relevant site is going to take its place.

Site Rank: Users rate the site. Multiple votes not allowed. All sites start on 5. Sites that are so negatively rated and are SR0 gets banned from the engine. The highest you can vote is 10, the lowest is 1, If all votes are 1 or if x amount of consecutive 1 votes the SR becomes SR0 which will then get banned. There are 10 factors for voting.

Virus Scanning

New module in development, scan files for viruses, and has 2 modes:

1) Apon discovery ban site and add to 'virus pages' search
2) List site in result pages, links unclickable for the whole site in question, display virus name, and added to 'virus pages' search.

Virus Pages search isn't a search for people to download viruses, it would be so people can search for a virus name and get sites to avoid.

Would also be a good idea if the successor to Fluffi Search, got an toolbar, and the toolbar will check sites navigated (if setting switched on)
and those sites be blocked if they are in the 'virus pages', get Microsoft to prevent those sites in IE7 or Fluffi sets up a server port on local machine
and in host file those sites are mapped to 127.0.0.1 with information.

I hope this doesnt sound like im advertising, i just want your opinion, a search engine should be developed and run in the heart of a webmaster and SEO community, such as SEOChat is.

I was thinking of doing an search engine and i wanted to give it a BETA name and there were many domains for sale at erm.. topaddress or woteva da site was and i thought as it was going cheap that i would get that fluffi is like a cat i guess , could rival like lycos the dog... i emailed the bloke about the domains and he told me to f**k off as they aren't for sale and gave me a lecture about the cheek of it... was quite funny actually. He had about 3 identical domains with different domain extension listed on that site as for sale...o well it wont be Fluffi for much longer...
