Well I haven't seen anything like this on my local campus. Professors just go to Google and type in a phrase to see if its been used before. This is probably where your tax dollars are going to waste, in development and use of these programs.

I have run into this bot before, and it serves a good educational purpose, but then again it eats heavy on the bandwidth, and if you don't care or think your content will end up in some college students research paper about Robert Frost the poet, then block it.
It should obey the disallow.
