new to this seo community, my home page is not cached by the bots is there any problem in the codes or else, can any one suggest me to rectify this problem, hairtostyle.com

Don't think there is any coding error.
Try to get some inbound links from relevant sites.
One way is the best and highly valued by Google but to start with link exchange right now is not a bad idea.

Submit your site again to google.

If using webmasters tool then request reconsideration of site present on dashboard.

and if there is no content on the home page , try to add some.

If yes, then use keywords to the content to optimize it.

If you implement this blindly then it may cause of spammy and keyword stuffed content.
We shouldn't keep in mind that we have to use keywords in content.When we will write content the things we should keep in mind are:

Content should be unique,relevant and of good quality

Content should serve the purpose of the visitors

We must create content for the visitors not for the search engines.
