Hi,
Is there any rule on how to use the hyper links between pages on a site that the spider can visit better and How/where can we learn the spider algorithm?

If you have your robots.txt file in place which allows searching of the whole site and the links exist then it will normally find them.

There is no one spider algorithm each search engine company will develop their own, there is an org site that will give you a lot more information about spiders http://www.robotstxt.org/ www.robotstxt.org that will give you more information.
