I think it's the CHTML (iMode) Google proxy.

Follow the link. ;) It's like the WAP interface for Google, only for iMode phones (Japan mostly). Allows you to search Google on your iMode phone, and then translates the HTML page on the fly to CHTML for display on the phone.
