Yeah googlebot is able to crawl all dynamic pages, including .aspx, .asp, .php, .cfm etc..
So don`t worry.

Aspx

Are there any limitations that we should be aware of when optimizing ASPX pages? Are there some search engines that do not pick this up?

Just the usual when you're building dynamic pages - try to make the URLs look static, or only have one or two variables in the URL, preferably without anything that looks like a session cookie going through the URL.

The suffix of the page really doesn't matter. After all, all they do is serve up HTML, it doesn't matter if they're .html, .asp, .php, .pl, .cfm, .aspx, .lasso, .banana, as long as it serves up HTML (or text, Word Doc, PDF or Flash) then the top spiders can read 'em.
