What Is A Good Article?
Article writing is very easy if and only if your subject mirrors people's life. You can always expand a certain subject but you can't always make sure if what you're writing can embrace a lot of people of any ages and ethnicity worldwide. Problem here is, what topics you should be writing?
People love to read “meaty” articles. They don't want to read highly superior articles bounded with huge vocabularies and uninteresting stuffs. A good article can hook your readers 'till the very end. It is like as if they are watching a blockbuster film in town. Think about this: if you are writing something that is you and other people of your age can relate, it is like writing an Oscar nominated film but not earning much in the theaters. Yet, if you're writing with a touch which any people not only your age can relate, you are writing not only an Oscars nominated film but also a box-office movie.
Articles are not only written to be read by everyone but it is also a nice way to articulate the innermost relevancy of your topic. Question is, how can you write articles oozing with value?
It isn't enough that if you write an article, your only goal is to inform. Of course, your primary goal is to inform but an article must connect with your readers. The content must be entertaining to read as if after reading it, readers can say “This is cool to read!”
In other worlds, articles must be conversational. What can you do with a straight-forward and informative article if it doesn't communicate effectively with your readers? This is what the problem with most of the newspapers' articles we used to read everyday; those are nicely-written but boring to read. Some of them are even predictable to read. An article should not be always like this.
In order to make a unique and informative article, your style of writing must be experimental. Learn how to attract your readers' attention and insert some interesting quotes, if possible. You must remember that a well-written article does not only entail a clear forcible substance but also requires a high level readability. The more conversational your article is, the better.
