Just for some better info on press releases.

If you hit the top 3

1. prnewswire.com
2. prweb.com
3. prnewsnow.com

You have just hit 99% of press release companies.

prleap.com is also a fierce competitor as for the "list" I never heard of most of these guys and I monitor my competition fairly close.

Don't get hung up on alexa stats as distribution points tend to get robbed in that area. We didn't use to but Alexa has made some changes in the past year that is hard to gauge.

Each Press Release place has some of the same distribution channels as the others, but they all also have some channels the others do not. Always make sure your release gets full coverage. We distribute around 20 releases a month and over the years have found that using only one or two of these places is missing out on a lot of exposure.

I have been using PRweb for two years. I will start using your PR site now since PRnewswire is way too expensive.

Hey thanks Alex that was a great list. Do you know if Press releases that don't distort your link and give you any Page rank over competitors? Prlog seems to distort your link it will still go to your site but it doesn't show the real link in the article. Thanks

Hey thanks so your saying if I have a one link pointing to one page would be better then have several links pointing to several pages. You tested this theory huh? It really dilutes it. It would make since to get dilluted.
