Hi Everyone,
I wonder whether it is legal to use someone else's brand/company name as keyword. I'm working on a project for a charity organization and I've been asked if they can use an other organization's name as a keyword in their tags and for paid listings. Is this possible? legal? acceptable behaviour? thank you for your help. Alessandra |

this is something still in dispute. The answer is probably "No" in near future.

If you are selling BrandX products then I can't imagine what problem they would have with you using BrandX as a keyword - as long as you are using it to promote their products.
