How often

Just a quick question, in two parts

How often is good to post articles to article websites?
How often is it recommended to submit to niche/general directories..

Just looking at how often is good, as I don't want to over do it

Apologise as I am sure this has been asked elsewhere, but after half a cup of strong coffee the brain is still not working fully

Hi wood1e,

As often aas possible... You can't really "over do it" (obviously so long as you only submit articles once to each site and submit sites once to each directory).

Just didn't want to post too often and create a sudden huge increase in back links. Thought Google et al would some how penalise?

Plus I presume one article many article websites is ok? then another different article to the same article websites?

What about two listings one directory with different titles?
