I think you must submit your articles in sites that support "HTML" and provide the links in bio-graphy.But always check the page rank of that sites in which you are willing to submit your articles.

How about a list of the top article directories.... with the hundreds out there it can take ages to submit to them all, so does anyone have a condensed list of perhaps the best 100 to submit to?
