Can you submit the same article several times????
This is a great resource so thanks for that guys, Nubie question im sure but can I submit the same article to numerous sites without a penalty (assuming i make a 30% change to each article)?????????

You can submit your article to as many sites as you like without it causing you a penalty. Inbound links can't hurt you, otherwise it would be a simple matter for your competitor to submit articles on your behalf linking to you, and knock you out the SERPs that way.

Do be aware though, that even if you change the contents of the article 10%, 20%, 30%, 90% they'll very quickly be pushed off the main pages of the article submission site by other submissions. Once away from the main pages there'll be too little link juice available to keep them in the main index, and the link will thus have little to no value.

Your best option is to keep the article on your own site, and attract links directly to it with some social bookmarking etc. By all means submit a shorter version of it to the article sites if you really want to, but make sure that these link back to your main article on your site.

Submission of one article to different article directory is not bad idea.it ll help you to get back links from different sites. Always use author biography with article content so that your site will get visitors.

Looong list of article sites....I suggest writing a few PR and articles and submitting them to as many sites as possible. The more you spread it out on the Internet the better the results will be (as long as you target it to the correct audience)

You can easily add 1 article to many sites, but before submition you should keep in mind these points:

1- Read The full Guidelines of article submission available on Site
2- Add at least one link in Auther Bio section
3- Before writing the article do remember all the rules of article writing
4- Do proper formatting in your article
