Will this delete my SEO rankings or indexes?

Originally, there were only 2 sections to my site: blahblah.com/blog and blahblah.com, which was redirected to blahblah.com/forums (the place I have my vbulletin).

I submitted blahblah.com to Google, along with a Sitemap and got it indexed.

My new plan is to remove the redirect and create a HTML coded page for blahblah.com or remove the redirect and make my blog my homepage.

Do I need to delete my URLs from my Google Webmaster Account, and re-submit them with each individual sitemap (1 for a blog, 1 for the HTML homepage and 1 for the forums)?

Im guessing that when I change the content of blahblah.com or remove the redirect, I will lose all of the indexed info of blahblah.com/forums, right?

Or does the indexed info and status of blahblah.com stay b/c /forums and /blog are part of the main domain?

Or how will that work? Suggestions on what to do?
