Will my "news items" pages will make my site banned?

Hello,

I have a website and I post "news" every weeks.

Each news page is a new link, for example, here is the last news item:

The news come into a "template", and inside the template I add the HTML of the news.

I want to know, what will happen if I will have 100 news items, and each week I will add new news it.

It will make the SE's crawl all pages, but the "keywords" and "meta data" will be the same, and only the contet inisde will be diffrent.

Will it make th SE BAN our site maybe? since they think it is spamming?

Is SE's like and agree that I will add "new page" (even short one) to the website every week, with the sate meta tada for each page?

The user see on specific page the resutls from the DB, and this is why thr SE should crawl all pages right? here is how it looks

Is it GOOD , or BAD to SE's? and how can I make it help my site get the most traffic?
