Why not all pages are indexed?

I am wondering about this for a couple of days.. Why not all pages of our website are indexed?..

According to google webmaster tool our website has a
Total URLs in Sitemap: 523
Indexed URLs n Sitemap: 343

We have three sitemaps all in all..

what do you think is the problem or the reason why not all pages of the site are indexed?..

You have to have enough sauce to keep pages indexed properly... You can pop a thousand page site in a day... but it ain't gonna be all indexed and kept properly until the site has enough juice to point out that the pages are worthy of it.

Smile

Your website need more back links. More relevant back links from relevant websites will help increase the trust rank of your website. And then google regularly visit all the pages of your website.
