What to do if two websites are same?
I wants to know that if some one stole website content & make new website same as the exist website in search engine, Like..that new website have same content, same design, same layout as exist website. So how to solve this issue? Means as per Google Algorithm, it's website duplicate issue. It affects website ranking & keyword position in search engine. So what should do? Please reply earlier.

One of my website is copied by someone else, so I reported to Google via Google webmaster tool as it was effecting my rankings.

If anyone has copied your whole site format and content also, this is the major issue which can affect your site ranking if other person's site crawl first than yours. So for this you need to do is to fill the site scraper form which is provided by google to suggest it about your site uniqueness. And if google found out this thing right then it will consider your site prior in search results and can banned the other site for having such duplication. You can find that form here : https://docs.google.com/a/nettechno.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dGM4TXhIOFd3c1hZR2NHUDN1NmllU0E6M Q&ndplr=1

Along with reporting to google you can also fill a DMCA against the site which means if they don't take it down there host will have to do for them
http://www.dmca.com/Takedowns.aspx that's the link to do the DMCA.
