WOW, WOW, WOW! Don't overdo it!
Make sure you spread those 6 links out over about a year so as not to get tripped up by a filter!!!
Seriously though, if you are targeting anything other than something with next to no competition, these things are likely to have very little worthwhile impact.

He was being sarcastic ( but did answer your question )..... Blog and forum posts are not worthwhile ......
But doing it on 3 sites even if it was worth while isnt going to get you very far... so when Gracefan said dont over do it .... he was being very sarcastic ....
You need to do better than blog and forum posting to get a site anywhere ..
Start reading the stickys on here and learn about seo and ways to get good quality links to your site .
Theres plenty of experienced SEOs here who have posted there methods and ideas so read and learn , instead of wasting your time with blog and forum posting.
One thing though when you learn how to get links .... you will need more than from 3 different sites as you previously stated !
A lot more .....

The relevancy is that the things you are doing are VERY UNLIKELY to be sufficient to promote your website - unless it is in an 'ultra-non-competitive' market.
The first part of my post was uncalled for sarcasm , and the second part was saying that the answer to your question is 'probably not'.

What is your market/site to do with?
This would help provide a proper answer.
But, in general, you will be likely to need 'good' links from 'good' websites (article sites/directories are generally far from ideal). You can take a whole host of approaches.
The 'best' authentic 'white hat' way it to do something/write something or offer something of QUALITY that people would 'talk' about in general. In the context of 'talking' online, people will naturally link to it too. There are then initial ways (social media, adwords, etc.) of getting the word out that you have written/supply/do this 'talkworthy' stuff. You then get natural links and climb up the SERPS (rankings).

There are also 'alternative' methods!

My recommendations would be 3-fold:
1. Maybe remove the URL from this site as it will probably rank quite high if someone searches for your domain name (I'll take it from my quote too) and that would just be embarrassing!
2. Remove your SEO sales rubbish until you can authentically offer it.
3. Speak to a proper SEO to give your site a real boost (I haven't looked at the rest of your site, and assume it isn't all rubbish like the offering of your SEO services!). Here could be a good place to start. Look at the members list and order them in relation to their 'reputation' then email them.

You are clearly offering these services on your site
Link popularity building:
Directory Submission:
Blog Submission:
Article Submission:
Website copy optimisation
and a quote on your site " At Dreamer, we have access to state-of-the-art SEO analysis software which delivers answers to questions such as: "
YOU ARE OFFERING SOME KIND OF SEO SERVICE
Although its a bad service your offering ... some people might be sucked in and its kind of worrying.
You cant ask seos to help you with your site when your selling a service you know nothing about..... read and learn !!!! And then read and learn again ..... actually do seo and prove yourself to people when you know how to do it then try and sell it as a service !
