I am also new but I have some basic concepts of it.
Supoose you have 10 articles and you put your website link on the first article, in the second article you put the link of first article, in the third you put the link of second one and the cycle goes.

Link wheel is nothing but large number of websites link each other for example websiteA links to websiteB and website B links to website C ...website Z and again website Z to website A the advantage is we can get more number of one way links it helps to improve traffic

I was once part of a community that got penalized for doing this, my personal opinion is that you should avoid these kind of link schemes and use A-B-C linking instead if you wish to trade.
