SEO is the process of enhancing web pages so they rank better in search engines.

LSI doesn't really have anything to do with SEO. It's a process by which assists Google to understand likened words or synonyms and also how context can change a word's meaning.

So in one instant Google can determine when someone queries "computers" they are equally looking for desktops or laptops or notebooks or PCs.

In another fashion when some types in "sex" they could mean porn but their motive might be more towards (sex) education or safe (sex) or the male & female differences.

It would be dumb for Google to only serve up porn video urls when the term has multitudes of other meanings.

It's useful only to Google... (only Google because it is a Google patent technology) you really can't optimize specifically for it. (no matter how many tools people create)

Analyze? If you're site is about computers - you are also about PC and laptops...

If your web is about SEX - it won't rank for porn if you have condoms for sale.

What's there to analyze?

SEO is a part of SEM.SEO is dealing with natural or organic results its main goal to achieve higher ranking in search engine for the targeted keywords.
LSI is an indexing and retrieval method that uses a mathematical technique called "singular value" to identify patterns in the relationship between terms.
