What happened to my listing in Google and Yahoo

Hi All,
I am very new to all SEO and search engine optimization. I used to have my site listed in google and yahoo but its not there any more. I am not sure what happend. I know i need to do lot of work for SEO but i am confused why my listing got dropped out of Google and yahoo. my site is www.pakfellows.com can some one please guide me if i am doing some thing wrong or some thing else.

Also Can some one please guide me step by step or point me to step by step resources which can help me increasing the search engin popularity.

First of all welcome to the forum.
Well ... I took a look at your site and it seems to be indexed by both Yahoo! and Google. Google seems to have indexed more of your internal pages while Yahoo! seems to have more to index.
I don't know what's the age of your site but ... Google has your index page showing only your URL. No title and no description. It could be du to the fact that your site is still new ... Google has noticed it but haven't "fully indexed" yet.

If the site is new the best advice is to wait a little more. If the site is old enought, that could be a penalty

thanks a lot for the reply, My site is almost 2 years old. as i have mentioned earlier my Home page was also indexed before and now its not. I moved to a new dedicated server not sure if that is the reason. as far as i know the title and description every thing is fine according to SEO standards.
