My website’s traffic is decreasing day by day. What can I do to increase the traffic?

You're not thinking about quality and the user. You need to take a step back from being the owner tied to how you've been doing it. Panda decimated plenty of sites that were ranking fine for years....

2) Don't reciprocate just for the sake of SEO, google will penalise you now.
