What is this new page? Don't use http or the www when posting it.

If you have tried the social sharing, I think submission of a website in Google Search Console is effective for Indexing.

Sir! It is not an issue, I was having same concern, my site is also not being cached but one of the contributor on this forum says with google webmaster tweet post that this is the cache bug. That could be a reason that your site is not being cached.

I think , You have to put the website in the webmaster and bring the URL to the desktop and smartphone. Then search engine crawler will crawl the website.

I think you are doing it wrong man. If you want to index your site on google just use the webmaster and fetch it. But if you are talking about crawling it again then it happnes naturally you can't force it. But you can control it to some extent by using the crawling budget.

The reason why your site is not cached in Google is the “NoArchive” directive that you found in the settings. Turning that off effectively removes the “noarchive” directive from your pages. Google and other search engines will now cache your pages.
Does the “NoArchive” directive affect rankings or search visibility? Not that I have ever seen. People sometimes use this directive to prevent search engines from copying their content for redistribution. That is, if you do something on your Web pages to prevent visitors from copying and pasting the content elsewhere, a search engine cache page can still be used to copy and paste the content. Preventing the search engine from caching makes it a little more difficult to copy and paste.

It was a bug due to which site was not being cached. Even I had faced the same issue but now that is sorted.
