Its a SEO plug-in for Vbulletin, And one of the main features is that it changes the URL of a forum or page, so instead of showing random letters and numbers, it show's the topic title, which helps for search engines.

Wouldn't own a vBulletin forum without it. If you go into it knowing that you are taking care of flaws in vBulletin and not expecting it to be a miracle seo product then you will be fine. VBSEO + link building + good content = great results.
