    I don't trust/worry about what GMT shows.

If you type in 'site:your-url.com', you will see all of your pages that are currently indexed. Again, do not worry about what GMT says.

You can do better if you use 3rd party tools rather than Google and get much better data.

Most of the time GWT shows the wrong and outdated information and keywords ranking position. So, I don't believe the information it provides.

    Hi Callme,
Here is what Google says about indexing pages...

Google doesn't crawl or index all my pages
"...we don't guarantee that we'll crawl all of the pages of a particular site"

Focus on checking that your main search referral pages are indexed. This will vary by type of site and content.

Eg: For a shopping cart they often include:

    • Home page
    • Product category and
    • Subcategory pages.

Reason: You would usually expect many more people to search for product categories than for individual products.

Mike's suggestion for a "site:" search will enable you to check when G last indexed you main pages. (Click the green down arrow beside the URL in the SERPs to view G's cached version of your page. It also tells you when it was last re-indexed.)

    More info with video...

I also feel that webmasters show good results, you can not rely on any particular third party tool also. Use google webmaster and third party tool both

    Usually that is because
1)Google cannot index them (look at noindex tag)
    2) Pages are too similar (look into canonical)
    3) There isn't enough content (create more content)
    4) Problem with the code that is not rendering to Google (check with your developer)
    5) Page too slow (check with developer)
    6) Internal linking problem
