wether it will be punished or not . thanks.

there is no reason to be penalized coz of that...
this is something VERY common in a Virtual Hosting Environment...

Generally, the only time you would ever get any sort of penalization from that is from excessive interlinking between the two domains hosted on the one IP.

You do get penalised for linking to domains on one IP address.

I have a theory that Google ignores links of sites that link together on the same IP, as the majority of my sites i have, are on a dedicated server with one IP address, and as part of a network they are all linked together (simular to Developer Shed Network what they do at top of the pages.) PR does not pass through.
