Time line

Who is the best at getting a decent in Web position. We need someone or a company toget us onto the first page for various terms. They have to do it so be dont get blocked and we stay up, dont want to go below the top 20.

I'm pretty sure nobody can do that, nowdays.. With google shuffling everyday, banning you the other and re-indexing after. Nobody can guarantee you a top 20 position.
