Is there any difference between hyphen, underscore and pipe for SEO?
I've heard various arguments about what the spiders like when using hyphen, underscore or pipes ( | ) but have never gotten a conclusive answer on what is better for SEO. So at this point I'm wondering does it even matter? I don't think it does matter since it's only a delimiter. What do you guys think?

I presume you're asking about the <title> element?

Google has gotten very good at pulling keywords out of strings, to the point that deliminators are rendered pretty much obsolete in my opinion.
