Systematically insert keywords on all pages
Until yesterday, we would systematically insert the following keywords on all pages of our site.
American, Academy, AAFP, Family, Physician
I believe we should remove the systematic keywords and just use the ones entered by the content owners.
Does anyone agree or disagree? *trying to get backing to show management*
Most search engines don't give weight to keywords. However our systematic ones are causing less relevant results on our internal search (hosted on a Google Mini).
Also, we have the ability to limit the number of characters in our keywords field. We have some content contributors who tend to enter far too many keywords (some times not of the most relevance).
Does anyone else limit keywords using their content management system?
