Submition to Search engines
I submited to many search engines my page with a subdomain: http://angelsspot.adultbouncer.com and now I have purchased the domain: www.angelsspot.com
Should I resubmit my page to all the search engines with the new domain? Thanks for your help... AGR |

Hi chechogr, I've do same thing recently by moving from subdomain to separate domain name, on old domain I've setup permanent redirect via .htaccess to new domain and didn't submit it anythere...
so 301 redirect will make sure that your site will be picked up by most of spiders... e.g. I was already picked by Inktomi and Google, other major SE also will pick me with time... but e.g. listing in directories and some smaller engines should be changed manually... |
