according to experience of NhatPhuong you can put DMCA to website and report them. Method 2: You post your content on your social web publish. Google will understand you quickly and trust your website.

It's called plagiarism. Google should have a start date of your content, Google will know if yours is the orginating content
What is the content someone is stealing. Can you post a small paragraph?

    Hey OP,
As Test-ok said, please provide us a content which is copied. and let us know on which website your content is live?
and if your content is original and not copied from another website, you don't need to worry.

There are a lot of ways to resolve this issue. But first, do not forget to screen grab/screnshot the website's pages for the duplicate content. This is your proof that they copy your content.

You may politely email the owner first and say to request them to take down your content. If that fails, you can contact the server host and request them to take down the website.

If that is not enough then you may proceed with the DMCA takedown.

    • Reach out to the website’s owner & request the page/pages be taken down.

    • Contact the website hosting service provider. Website hosting services usually are much more effective when it comes to removing duplicate content than webmasters. Frequently, they will take down the entire site that has posted your content without permission.

    • File a Digital Millennium Copyright Act complaint against a site that has stolen your content. DMCA is a group of laws that protect copyrighted content on digital mediums. This can be done via Google Webmaster Tools.

It happened to me also, the guy not just copied my website content, also copied my name and converted it into another language. What I did, is opened a thread on google webmaster forum. There I got help and step by step guidance to raise a case against him. Then finally after continuous evidence collection and proof posting. After 5-6 months, google automatically removed and deleted that .blogspot site.

Claim copyright for your content so that anyone who steals your content will be noticed and punished as per norms of copyright.
