    Sitemap Issue on Magento

    Hi Guys,

I have an issue with the sitemaps in Magento.

We have 4 sites set up in Magento under the single login, and switched between in the top left hand side drop down list ( I believe it's configuration ),

However, all the sites have the same URL's in the sitemap, i.e.

Site 1 has all correct URL's in the sitemap

But sites, 2,3 and 4 all mimic the same sitemap as Site 1 with none of their own URLs in the sitemap.

    Any ideas?

Isn't this a question for a Magento forum?

    Hi,

Have you tried creating separate sitemap folders for all the 4 stores? If not, here's what you need to do:
    1. Create a sitemap folder. say www. xyz.com/sitemap/
    2. Next, create Domain specific sub-folders in the Sitemap folder. For e.g www. xyz.com/sitemap/Domain1/ www. xyz.com/sitemap/Domain2/ www. xyz.com/sitemap/Domain3 and so on...
    3. Navigate to Catalog > Google Sitemap >
Edit and Set the path to what you created for the Store. So, it would be something like
    www. xyz.com/sitemap/Domain1/sitemap.xml
    www xyz.com/sitemap/Domain2/sitemap.xml

Generate the sitemap for each domain again and that should do it

Yeah, I agree that the sitemap isn't a huge need anymore.

My problem is that sites 2, 3 and 4 have sitemaps but with site 1's URL's
