Well To optimize your site you need to consider many thing for each page.

Analysis all the important Keyword.
Try to develop keyword reach content.
Make Attractive and Eye catching title with the use of most important keyword.
Check out all the link which goes out side is working or not.
Bind all the pages with each other.
Use Keyword as Anchor text.

this is what i am doing..you will have some other idea form other members of this forum...
