Site on two servers

Hi,
I have my site distributed on two servers. One for all dynamic content & other for static pages (Supports Cgi, HTML, Javacript only). The server with the dynamic content has very little space, hence we have it distributed on two servers. Now when the search engine robots enters our web pages, Is it able to run in both the servers. For instance, the link on the home page would also have absolute links to the dynamic server & vice versa. Will serach engine finds it difficult. Please clarify.
