Please advise if you offer SEO services.

Objective:

To raise the ranking of redburg.co.uk in search results. I do not want doorways, mirrors, hidden text, and a lot of other well-known tricks. I just want normal honest means of making redburg.co.uk ranked more highly. Note the site is Transformed XML, and the HTML can be changed easily.

See plumbworld.co.uk and boundarybathrooms.co.uk for two well known competitors.

Budget:

Merrows is a small company, so only reply if you offer services at a low cost.

Job Ads
I posted only because I have seen numerous similars ads in SEO forums. I even saw one person say he would only offer information if he got "hired." Indeed, SEO experts are very proactive in looking to sell services. It took me a few seconds to find this link at this forum which mentions 20,000 Euros:

Since posting I found seo-guy.com which answered my questions via a tutorial.

My mistake was not naming pages with keywords.
