Hi,
no software will help you,
but its easy to optimize your website your self (there are basic rules posts on the forum).... if you want help on ranking on supercommercial keywords, you would perhaps need the advice of a specialist.... (compare before hiring)

Just reading these forums and asking questions should get you where you want. I have learned an insane amount of information just reading here daily. Everyone is looking to find an easy piece of software that is going to get you ranked well, but the reality is it takes time and effort to do it and do it right.

the problem with software its its automated, it doesnt work on a site per site basis. Hiring a qualified (more importnantly proven) seo would be best imo.

Using seo softwares is like using frontpage and not knowing html. You need to have knowledge of seo to use this softwares. These softwares could be best used to prepare reports. Either learn seo or hire one.

Using SEO software is like opening up MS Word, banging on the keyboard and hoping a best-selling mystery novel appears.

Hang around these forums, check out some others and with some time and education, you too can become a great novelist - either that or hire a ghostwriter.

There was time, before SEO became a hot topic, when you could get good results by using automated SEO sofware. The engines weren't very smart then, and most of the competition wasn't optimized. Definitely not true now.

good SEO software or online tools can save some time by automating many tedious manual processes, but it won't replace SEO experts.
