SEO partner needed

I have 2 sites that are developed -

mortgage site and a finance site lead site - life insurance etc the sites are at mortgage advice center and quotewire (please google) ignore the first page we dont do debt management.

I am looking for an seo specialist to partner me with this site on a profit sharing basis per lead...we have the regulation and expertise but need to find a trustworthy company to work with. Would suit a seo specialist who is looking for a long term relationship with recurring income. If you are interested please message me back.

2. I would have full access to bank accounts and can endorse company checks?

3. What is you current revenue stream?

4. the company would pay for all legal expenses - yes?

If this isn't your idea of "partner" why are you looking for someone trustworthy - you have nothing to lose and 100% to gain while I have 100% to lose and nothing to gain that I don't have to do myself.

No one... I mean NO ONE will invest in a development they can't control... especially if you don't have a business plan with financial reports, forecasts...

...and if the above is "TO MUCH RISK" for you to take... look at this from the other side.

Let's see, I do all the work bringing you clients that you may have for 30 years, and I get paid whatever and whenever you decide?

Well I was just asking and I dint expect there to be such an agrrresive response from the users of the site, however looking at alot of the responses in the forum a lot are like this for some reason.

We have the proffesional knowledge, regulation and will write content etc for articles and social media.

We are looking for a company or individual that wants to get paid by results. All will be signed up in a contract. If you think you can deliver you will have a recurring income stream every month for your work as long as the site delivers leads. This of course will be reported through API integration.

This may not be suitable for larger companies but may be a good project for a small , newish company that is willing to put the hard work in at the start as most new businesses do. I do belive that this is an opportunity, we are not here to ripp anyone off and would prefer a face to face meeting to come to an agreement.

Please only reply if you have something proactive to say as negativity gets us no where.

Otherwise its a useless option for any business so if you were to maybe advise what was on offer ie the seo owning 80% of the business then it may become an attractive option to someone !
People like you offer things like this every other day on here !
Seos have rent to pay mouths to feed , beer to drink and whatever else and getting paid on something you may or may not be able to deliver is a high risk !
Try getting a bank loan and paying an SEO if your that confident it will work !
That way you own it all to yourself the seo gets paid and the risk is all on your end !

You can expect others to take risks to build up someone elses business ! Thats why you got the response you got !

We are not a tin can business and we are not going to give you a cheque book. We would pay legal expenses. You will no own part of the business but will have the rights to a % of the income which will be tied up in a contract.

If an seo specialist wants to pay his bills and get a recurring solid income on a monthly basis as opposed to going out and continually looking for new business then it will be worth the work.

Hire someone and offer them a % of the income im sure there will be a lot of takers here lurking and ready to PM you.

You have nothing to lose as they wont generate you any income !

You are confusing SEOs with Affiliates. Get an affiliate through a proper channel like CJ.com.

Anyone who comes to you willing to work under your conditions, who is having a hard time "paying his bills", and is constantly "looking for new business" will do nothing for you except maybe screw up your site for a bit.

Who is this guy? He is someone who could help you if you had the money to pay him.
