I need help in what to do really to progress from here. I am always link building with relevent sites, I change my web content alot and up date my website weekly. My web pages have keywords all my photos have keywords in the tags.
I am not a proffesional but cant afford to pay for a proffesional. I really need to be pointed into the right direction for what to do next.

Have you read through all the stickies on this forum yet? How about tried researching a bit more at places like seomoz.org?
There is a lot of great information out there, especially here in this forum I suggest reading up some more and implementing ideas.
What type of backlink building are you doing? You said relevant sites, but are they quality relevant sites? Are they loads of low quality run of the mill profile, blog comment, etc backlinks?
It looks like your content is good at first glance, but admittedly I didn't have time to go through and do a complete audit or anything (sorry too busy at the moment) so it is likely you just need to keep doing what you are doing content wise and rethink or focus more efforts on better quality backlinks. Look deeper into link bait, viral marketing, guest blogging, etc.

I guess there's only two possible variants in a situation like this.
1) You're doing everything right, but need to try harder.
2) You're doing wrong and need to try something else instead.
Alas, I never was a genius in distinguishing these two... I wish I could. I guess this knowledge eventually comes with experience.
So, going back to the grounds. Try something else. Try something that you didn't. Try something that nobody did. Link building is fine, but even better if it occurs naturally - by the word of mouth. Try offering something for free, this usually helps. Try offering ALL for free, but make it a limited offer. This should help build some more qualtiy natural links.

Why do you keep changing your content? Would you be likely to recommend a book you recently read if you knew that the content there would be different when your friend goes to buy it?
There is no need to constantly "change" content - tweaking, perhaps, but to change it would be to change the subject of the site, the essence of the content.
Be careful in making major changes to anything on a site, primarily your structure, your title tags, and, of course, your content.

You could be right.... it really just depends upon who you ask. Adding new content (so long as it is relevant, purposeful, useful, and meaningful) can be very beneficial for a site, especially if you have a service such as hittail installed, where you can easily find long-tail phrases that deserve their own targeted pages/content.
But the OP mentioned "change my web content alot and up date my website weekly" - which implies two different concepts - changing content, and updating/adding new content. I could very well be interpreting it the wrong way, but that is most definitely what the post conveyed to me.

Good point I just took it for granted that the OP just meant adding more content not changing content that was already there.

Thank you for all your advise.
Sorry to clear up what I ment I have been adding more content etc. Because the website I bought was more of a show case website now I am turning it into a online shop. So i have been doing keyword research and adding that. also been adding relevent information to the website.
The links I have been building are other business that are in my industry that are in the same position as me just starting up and building online presence. I am fiding it hard to link with high ranking website's.
I guess I will just keep doing my research and keep putting it into practice.

Try to get links through different sources like bookmarking, directory submissions, article submissions, blog posts, forums, blog comments etc. Google always like links through different sources.
