SEO & Dynamic links

Our website www.rightwayunlimited.com has just launched recently.
We are adding content and working on a dynamic system that will allow our site to update once a day, creating pages that are search engine friendly.
Does anyone have experience or tips for managing pages that may require unfriendly characters in the URL.
Any other optimization tips, suggestions, comments would be appreciated.

If your web host runs on apache and has the mod_rewrite module installed I recommend using it. I use it to simplfy many of my urls generated from content manegement drivens sites and does improve your search abilty but you can still have pages index by not doing so but I recommend doing it if you can.

Yup mod_rewrite is the way to go, or if you are using windows IIS you want to use an out of the box Isapi rewriter, just do a search on isapi you will find the rewriter.
