Do you think that very many people would attend a two-day face-to-face course? If the price was $1000.

I'm not sure that SEO is complex or stable enough to warrant a quarter or semester long class by itself. The big problems would be that over the course of the 2-4 months in the class, a lot could change in the SEO world. It would certainly be fun to try though - maybe I'll call up the University and tell them I'll teach an extension course. I just have to make sure not to 'theorize' with them - "just the facts ma'am".
