Seeking a SEO specialist / company to partner with

Hello, I am writing this on behalf of a friend. This company that belongs to a friend of mine is planning to start a MARKETING WEB SITE for selling business mailing lists and direct marketing address data for businesses in UK. He is also interested in offering a Internet Marketing Solutions through his web site (which includes SEO and Email marketing) as a part of his marketing services package.

Presently they is seeking to tie up / partner with a SEO company / specialist. The partnership would be on the terms & conditions that all orders that are concerned with EMAIL MARKETING & SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION would be passed on to this company in the backend and in return the SEO specialist has to make sure that their web site shall rank high in search engines so that they get good amount of inquiries and orders from the web.

This is a WIN WIN situation for SEO specialist / company and my friend's company since my friend's main intention is to get into mailing list data selling and offering online marketing services. Since he is not a specialist in search engines & email marketing, he would be passing on all the email marketing and SEO orders to the SEO specialist / company that partners with him and in return this SEO company / specialist shall carry out the SEO of his web site and make sure that his site gets high rankings for the relevant keyword and phrases and drive maximum traffic to this web site.

For queries or details please send a email to me direcly at s786787@yahoo.com along with the relevant details demonstrating experience with SEO.

PS. Time wasters please stay away. We are serious about this.

I would guess that the WIN WIN is... if the SEO ranks you, then the SEO gets the ability to rank others - to get paid and paid "once" rather than twice... is this correct?

WIN WIN for you... I don't see the WIN WIN on the other side... can you explain further?

Smile addresing your question about - WIN WIN SITUATION

For all who think that this is not a WIN - WIN situation for the SEOs, I would like to say that the marketing of this company is not just based on SEO practices, other methods of marketing & advertising shall also be used for this purpose.

Since this company will be having a web site to offer various services which also includes Online Marketing we are looking for a SEO to tie up with. What is the harm if we are getting more number of inquiries not just through the traditional marketing methods but also through search engines.

Regarding what is the SEO going to gain. Well like I said all orders that concern Online Marketing shall be passed on to our SEO partner. We are not interested in hiring a team of SEOs as a part of our inhouse team to handle the Online Marketing Services. So our partner SEO will get all the orders that we procure for Online Marketing through the Web site as well as through our field marketing staff.

I hope I have addressed your conerns and now it must seem WIN WIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Professionally I have no problems managing relationship risk... you need to think clearly what this implies:

I invest in business relationships, to move forward (and to educate others in your proposal and my offerings, you must:

1. Guarantee a certain number of contracts at my rates - that starts at $1000/month minimum 1 year - $12,000 US to maximum $2000/month minimum 1 year.

2. If no clients occur - you pay for SEO services on your website and pro-rated e.g. if no contacts materialize and 6 month go by - you own $6,000 plus will be required to pay $1000/month thereafter if no contracts still do not materialize.

3. If you are providing the lead - you would be responsible for the client's retention e.g. if the client walks out -- you pay my fees (what they would have paid.

4. In order to ensure compliance to #1, #2 & #3 all SEO completed on your website is strict control, therefore if the relationship sours - all ranking / visitation valuable are reversed - and this will notably return your website back to it's original visitation value (via SEs) in about a month.

As I said previously - he who takes the most risk (upfront - and this would appear to be me -- get most of the rewards).

SEO is no different than any other institution - like a bank... if you have tons of collateral you are low risk and get the best rates, and if you are high risk it costs a lot more... and the more leveraging power you have at your end the sweeter the deal.

The fact the you are extremely confident in turning out SEO clients (because you have many marketing methods beyond SEO) - you should jump at this deal... and I'll have my lawyer draw up a contract immediately.

However, if the back-end risk isn't any more appealing as the upfront risk... then you are likely a bad investment (just like a bank would say). Promises "must be back by resolve!"

Unfortunately, I risk manage for a living - nothing personal - it's just business.

Rod

sounds like what we looking for

Rod

You sound like a thorough professional. Like the one we seeking. If you so confident on your SEO skills then please send me an email to s786787@yahoo.com with details about charges and stuff.

Like I told you before we are not into SEO so we would have to discuss a lot of matters.

We sure are ready to sign a contract based on mutual terms of agreement with the right person / company
